StarCalendar is a perfect calendar program writen in Python and using PyGTK, that supports Jalai(Iranian) and Hijri(Islamic) calendar, and of cource the common calendar(Gregorian). It is based on "Jalali Canendar Applet" for GNOME(that is writen by Mola Pahnadayan), but with too many enhancements and new features. Additional to that it can be used in any window manager(such as GNOME, KDE and XFCE), because it's not a gnome applet either, and is a windowed program that adds to the System Tray. It is some customized for persian(farsi) language now, but will be more international in the future. Please report bugs or proposal to author's mail(saeed.gnu AT gmail DOT com).
