  - Moved strings so they are all in one place in a class called 'strings' as static constants that can be referenced.
  - Moved other data, such as default values, to a class of their own called 'data' - much like with the strings.
  - Added icons to the menu items, making them a bit easier to identify at a glance.
  - Added ability to monitor script output.  Commands like 'dmesg' or 'lsusb' work great using this method.
  - Fixed bug where the default of LogFile was "/var/log/dmesg" which is not updated after boot.  Implemented command output monitoring and switched default to "dmesg"
  - Fixed bug where the settings for an open log are only saved if the program is closed when it is actively watching that log.
