Chapter 3. Using Brahms

Commandline Parameters

The Brahms syntax from the command line is as follows:

Brahms [options]* [filename]

where options are:

  • -a, --addon <MODULENAME>: Loads the specified module (e.g. dump, parallels, stretch, ...)
  • -h, --help: Displays this message
  • -o, --output <OUTPUT>, where <OUTPUT> is one of "arts" (default) or "alsa" (only works with alsa 0.5.x)
  • -p, --presentation <LIB>, where <LIB> is one of "text", "kde" (default), or the libraryname
  • -v, --version: Displays the version number
